1. Definition of "China’s home of tomorrow
    In order to introduce the latest assembled building technology and parts at home and abroad, guide the continuous improvement of housing quality and performance, and promote the transformation and upgrading of China's construction field and sustainable development. Since 2009, China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (referred to as “ The China Housing Expo” was built at the exhibition site, in line with the national building (residential) industry development policy, leading the industry development, and the forward-looking Chinese assembly-style building model house, called “China's tomorrow home”.
      “China’s home of tomorrow adopts the advanced construction concept of national building (residential) industry development, builds different structural systems, technical systems, and advocates functional residential model houses, integrating the latest and most advanced high-tech, intelligent and low-carbon environmental protection at home and abroad. Technology and products, comprehensive interpretation of future-oriented residential development trends, showcase the future homes that the people are looking forward to. Through eight consecutive years of successful construction and exhibition, “China's House of Tomorrow” has become an important symbol of previous Expos.
       The “China Tomorrow House” model houses adopt advanced concepts of assembly and construction and different technology integration systems. They promote the transformation of industrialization and industrialization by promoting traditional construction methods, comprehensively improve building quality and performance, and promote the modernization of the construction industry. It is a hot spot for construction management personnel, construction industry employees, and ordinary consumers.

“China’s home of tomorrow is organized and implemented by the Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Residential Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) and the China Architectural Culture Center. It brings together authoritative experts and architectural planning and design groups at home and abroad. A model house built by the company using different residential technology systems and integrated technology components at the exhibition site. “China's House of Tomorrow” embodies the thinking and practice of the industry management department, construction and building materials department industry on the future development of China's housing, and the guiding role in the industry.
