On the morning of November 7, 2019, the opening ceremony was held in Beijing China International Exhibition Center (New Hall). The meeting was chaired by Director Liu Xinfeng of the Science and Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Chen Yiming, vice president and secretary-general of the China Real Estate Association, and co-sponsor of the China Architecutural Culture Center, Li Jixiang, delivered a speech.
